Why GEL?

Growing Emerging Leader groups are designed for students to understand their unique personality, giftedness + how they function in a leadership situation.

What is it?

GEL 1 covers what you need to be a great Christian leader including listening skills, small group dynamics, facilitating discussion, building community and helping churches + groups function in a healthy way socially + relationally.

GEL 2 The Art of Great Communication includes giving and receiving feedback, good conversation, checking perceptions and empathy, body language, nervousness, giving a sermon + confidence building exercises
